- Communication: You agree to provide clear, timely, and accurate instructions to facilitate service delivery.
Word Count Policy- The pricing for each package is based on manuscripts up to 8000 words.
- Manuscripts exceeding this word count will be subject to an additional charge, depending on the nature and scope of the work.
- We will inform the client of any additional charges during the initial consultation, prior to commencing work.
- Clients are encouraged to provide the most concise version of their manuscript for review.
Our Responsibilities
- We commit to delivering services as described in the agreed proposal or package.
- We respect your intellectual property and ensure confidentiality of all submitted documents.
Limitation of Liability
- Reviews Solutions is not liable for decisions made by journals, publishers, or third parties regarding your manuscript.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from delays or circumstances beyond our control.
